Physicians Insurance now offers you an enhanced customer service experience by introducing an online portal you can access via your computer or mobile device.

Our goal at Physicians Insurance is to exceed client expectations. This means providing you with service options that are available 24/7, mobile, and fast. Access your account information and services when you need it, no matter where you are.

Features now include:

• View critical policy information
• Review and download copies of your account documents and certificates of insurance
• Access your agent’s direct contact information
• Receive documented confirmation of all activity requested online, including policy changes and certificates.

Features do not include:

• Bill payment. Please refer to the instructions on your invoice for payment remittal.
